‘No fix-No fee’
Not everything can be guaranteed to be repaired or sometimes it is not economically viable to spend an amount of time and money repairing a device that may be cheaper or as cost efficient to replace.
This is why we have a No fix-No Fee policy. If Digitek is unable to repair your device of the presented problem, then you do not pay a cent.
Digitek takes care and consideration in handling your devices during repair. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of data during any repairs being performed.
It is very highly recommended that you take regular backups of your data prior to repair and backups in general. This minimizes the risk or data loss in the event of a No fix result.
